Decentralized computing

One of the most promising and exciting technologies is a 'true' distributed / decentralized coputing on the Internet: an exosystem allowing for computational processes / programs / threads to find required resources offered by the independend actors, securely run the code and pay for the used resources. There are several projects which are addressing either the whole puzzle of parts of it.
