Decentralized IT governance

The gitbook is organized in 'hierarchical' manner following the "lean open value network" approach. We start with conceptual, almost philosophical perspective and gradually descend towards concrete implementation. The 'conceptual', 'mathematical' and 'computational' levels are required for 'pivoting' purposes in a style of a 'lean start-up'. The effort is directed towards concrete pilot implementations or experiments testing hypotheses proposed here, although we haven't yet reached this level of specificity.
